I like you better than toys

Those were the words that came from my 4 year old son, Gauge. I guess that puts me in pretty high standing for the moment. It is a rare occasion to receive such a compliment. I mean, think about it. I am better than Hot Wheels, Dump Trucks, Video Games and the like. Unless, he only meant better than some toys that he doesn't really care for anymore. Nevertheless, I am flattered and will cherish this moment for eternity.
BTW ~ He said this right after I agreed to let him bring more than one toy on the car ride we were about to take. Ahhh, the joys of parenthood.

That's a pretty choice compliment... honestly. One time I told Sharon I loved her more than video games. She felt really special too because she knows how much I love video games.
