I spent a decent amount of time trying to come up with a title for this entry. It seems I neglected to read all the information regarding the Shamrock 8k this year. Last year I picked up my race packet the morning of the race. This year that was not possible. Long story short, I did not run. Sure I could have run anyway. I could have shown up, with no race number or time chip and run. Then I would have not officially been in the race. Shoot. I can unnoficially run at home anytime I like. So... ...that sucks. A lesson to be learned for sure. Pay attention to details!
