Rich Lee is leaving

Well, he has finally done it. Rich Lee has quit Automark/Reynolds/TCM. I wasn't really sure if he was going to be a lifer or if he would move on someday. Congratulations to you, man. You deserve everything that your next opportunity has to offer. Reynolds has been a great place to work and it has been a horrible place to work. We have seen a significant amount of changes together. But you my friend, have seen them all.

I think you have outgrown Reynolds. You need to thrive. You can only try so hard to make a company something it is not. Like my Grandmother always said, "You can't get blood out of a turnip." Thanks Grandma, I love you forever.
